  • The Holdsworth Family

      Thomas Holdsworth was christened on 5th October 1649 in Modbury, Devon. He was a son of John Holdsworth and Philadelphia, daughter of John Maynard. In 1672, after graduating from Oxford University, he became rector of St Nicholas, North Stoneham. Thomas died on 30th August 1714. His will was proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 1st October 1714. Thomas married Ann Winch on 3rd January 1671/72 in St George's Chapel, Windsor, Berkshire.
